At Tailor Made Branding, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
This includes:
- Custom shirts
- Hoodies
- Embroidered hats
- DTF printed apparel
- Team apparel
- Business apparel
- Promotional products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We will replace or correct the order at no additional cost
Order Changes
Order changes must be requested before production begins.
Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Tailor Made Branding is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
